(Vlog) Common CrossFit Sore spots Part 1--Upper back

In this video Katie helps me help you get rid of the stubborn pain between your shoulder blades.  When we hold our selves in a really great position for deadlifting, shoulders pulled back, head neutral, and bar close,  you rely on your rhomboids to help keep your shoulders in place and avoid the "dog pooping"  deadlift.  BUT--it can get sore or cause a stabbing pain that you might want to use some heavy duty meds to relieve.  I have a cheaper, healthier, and easier (though not less painful) solution.
